
Janella Williams was born in Washington D.C. She later transitioned to Norfolk, Virginia to attend Norfolk State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications &Journalism. After graduating, she decided to continue her residency in Virginia and obtained her master's degree in Business Administration from Averett University in 2007. She started her journey in the financial industry in 2016 with World Financial Group, then on to Family First Life. While working on her business she later obtained a second Master’s in Leadership from Regent University. Janella is a highly motivated self-starter with over 15 years of experience as a leadership professional and organizational leadership training. While attending Regent University she found her love for global missions. In her continuance to helping people, she serves on the Board of Advisors for Suddenly Joyful Global Missions and Nyame Bekyere Christian School in Ghana, West Africa. Her weakness is buying sneakers, watches, and handbags. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, watch foreign films, and fine dining.
